  Shopping in person or online with Samantha is such a no-pressure, casual, informative and all-round awesome atmosphere. As someone who was adamantly against most of the patterns LuLaRoe was turning out, being able to talk with Samantha about what I was looking for, how things would fit and look, as well as try on items, I was willing to venture outside my comfort zone. Since moving away from the area, I've found that her exchange/return policy is hassle-free. She is very up-front with how the process will work and even provided me with a shipping bag and return label! To say she is a delight is a gross understatement! Thank you over and over again!
